简介：毕业于江西医学院，最高学历硕士研究生。南昌大学第二附属医院党委书记、教授、博/硕士研究生导师；长期从事医院管理和肿瘤发病机制及转化研究，部分研究成果已在Therapeutic Advances in Medical Oncology、Pharmacological Research、Journal of Inflammation Research、Frontiers in Oncology等国际期刊上发表。目前已发表SCI论著9篇，IF>5的论著5篇，中文核心论文4篇，主编著作5部，副主编著作1部。培养在读研究生2名，主持省级重点研究课题1项、其他省厅项目共计8项，总研究经费高达200万元。截止至今，荣获江西省互联网+大学生创新创业大赛金奖、江西省机关党建理论研讨会论文一等奖、全省纪念邓小平同志诞辰100周年理论研讨会论文三等奖、全国优秀共青团干部称号、全省高校党的建设和思想政治工作先进个人等奖励和荣誉、中国医院人文品牌峰会人文建设先进个人奖等荣誉。江西省医学会医学人文分会主任委员。中国卫生计生思想政治工作促进会城市医院分会副会长；江西省医学会医学人文分会第一届委员会主任委员；中国医师协会人文医学专业委员会委员；中国医院协会医院文化专业委员会常务理事；江西省卫生思想政治工作促进会常务理事；江西省教育工会常务理事等社会职务。
