简介:博士,毕业于南昌大学,现任南昌大学公共卫生学院副教授、硕士生导师。江西省优博,南昌大学赣江青年学者,江西省营养学会理事,中国环境诱变剂学会会员,江西省营养学会营养转化分会委员。曾于2011-2013年在中科院微生物研究所攻读联合培养硕士,于2015-2016年在美国University of Massachusetts攻读联合培养博士。近年来主持国家自然基金1项,江西省自然科学基金青年项目1项,医学部青年教师培育基金1项;参与企业横向课题2项,参与完成国家、省部级项目5项;在Journal of Agricultural and Food chemistry,food hydrocolloids,Journal of functional Foods,Food & function, Nutrients 等SCI杂志上发表论文30余篇;参编专著2部。
