个人简介:

       毕业于南昌大学,现任南昌大学公共卫生学院副教授、硕士生导师,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人(青年人才项目),江西省优博,赣江青年学者,中国营养学会营养转化医学分会委员,中国毒理学会表观遗传学毒理专业委员会委员,江西省营养学会理事,江西省营养学会营养转化分会委员,第一届《食品研究与开发》青年委员,Phytomedicine、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等杂志审稿人。为中科院微生物研究所联合培养硕士和美国University of Massachusetts联合培养博士。近5年主持国家自然科学基金1项,江西省自然科学基金3项,南昌大学医学部青年教师培育项目1项,主持、参与企业横向课题3项,在Food Hydrocolloids,J. Agric. Food Chem.,Nutrients等期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇。主编/参编教材、专著5部,获得南昌大学青年教师授课比赛三等奖,为本科生开设营养与食品卫生学,健康教育学,临床营养学等6门课程。
