Internationally recognized academic leaders with outstanding scholarly contributions and strong experience in leading major research initiatives.

2. Discipline Leaders

Established scholars with significant research achievements and demonstrated ability to build and lead high-level research teams.

3. Academic Leaders

Promising researchers with strong publication records, innovative research directions, and potential to become leaders in their fields.

4. Young Talents / Early-Career Faculty

Outstanding early-career scholars with strong research potential, typically with postdoctoral experience and a solid track record of research productivity.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants should:

— Hold a PhD degree in a relevant field

— Demonstrate strong research capability and academic potential

— Have a record of high-quality publications or equivalent research achievements

— Be committed to teaching excellence and student mentorship

— Be able to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary environments
