冯花,女,医学博士,南昌大学公共卫生学院讲师,主要研究方向为营养与疾病;分子营养与营养流行病学,食品安全与食物过敏;主持和参与国家自然基金、省自然科学基金等研究项目10余项,在国内外期刊公开发表学术论文30多篇,其中第一作者发表的论文有20余篇;主编和参编教材与专著13本。
